Jamila Payne, is an Entrepreneur who has been featured in InStyle, Black Enterprise, and the Wall Street Journal. She operated an online based women’s apparel business for nine years featuring well known brands and independent designers.  In 2008, she founded the National Association of Sustainable Fashion Designers to assist designer entrepreneurs creating social change and implementing sustainable practices. Jamila Payne is the author of From Payne to Power, a motivational book that features 12-Lessons to Achieve Happiness and Success from the Life of an Entrepreneur. She sits on the National Board for Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE) and the Sustainable Business Network (SBN) of Greater Philadelphia.
