In September, Sustainable Fashion Designers hosted an awesome Sustainable Fashion Circle of Entrepreneurs event at SAVA’s manufacturing facilities in Philadelphia.  These events exist to bring together like-minded designers and business owners who wish to discuss the issues they face in keeping up in the fashion industry while using to sustainable practices. SAVA is committed to creating their apparel locally and constructing products out of fair trade materials-  we thought it would be the perfect place to get the ball rolling for Sustainable Designers to launch a local group in Philadelphia.

Many designers and local business owners turned out for the tour of SAVA’s garment factory and the event was a great success! It was extremely helpful for designers to meet others within this exciting and growing industry.
